Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Pillows are considered "Personal Care Items" and can not be returned once oped/used due to California law.

All Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

1. Unbox and Prepare
Remove The Angle from the packaging and place it on a flat, stable surface. Allow a few moments for it
to fully expand if it was compressed for shipping.

2. Position the Device
For reclining or lying down: Place “The Angle” under your legs, with the curved side under your knees
with the shorter side under your thighs and longer side supporting your calves. Position it so that the
Angle supports removes the natural curve of your spine.
For sitting: Sit upright in a bed or couch with longest flat side of The Angle placed at the small of your
back. Adjust it so that it supports your lumbar region and encourages proper posture.

3. Adjust the Angle
Adjust the device’s position to find the most comfortable angle for your body. The design of The Angle
allows for gentle passive traction, use your body weight to create light pressure and support.

4. Relax and Let the Device Work
Once positioned, sit back, recline, or lie down and allow The Angle to naturally reduce pressure on your
spine, muscles, and discs. For maximum benefit, use the device for at least 15-30 minutes at a time,
especially when resting, reclining, or sleeping.

5. Use Regularly

6. Cleaning & Maintenance
Cover: Remove the cover (if applicable) and wash it on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Air dry to

7. Storage
